Golden Globes: The 2025 Nominations

The Golden Globes 2025 nominations list is finally ready to be announced! Following this year’s ceremony, the 2025 Golden Globes will have an expanded number of nominees in all 27 categories from five to six — allowing more room for deserving talent in film and television to get the spotlight they deserve.

Additionally, two completely new categories were previously introduced: best stand-up comedian on television and cinematic and box office achievement. The latter category can be seen as the “best blockbuster” award and was won by Greta Gerwig’s “Barbie” at this year’s show.

The 82nd annual Golden Globes ceremony, hosted by reality TV star and comedian Nikki Glaser, will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+ on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET.

Druski’s “Soul Train” Skit Goes Viral for Nailing ’70s Vibes

Druski’s latest viral bit imagines what it would look like if he stepped straight into a 1970s episode of Soul Train, complete with afros, flares and exaggerated dance‑line chaos. The short sketch, posted with the caption “Soul Train used to be WILD back in the day,” shows him in full retro get‑up as the camera glides through a fake studio set that looks like a lost tape from around 1978. Commenters have joked that he “got it looking like a deleted 1978 episode,” praising how closely the grainy

Tom Holland and Zendaya’s “Secret” Wedding Sparks Fresh Questions About What Really Happened

Tom Holland and Zendaya are widely believed to be married after Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach casually told reporters that “the wedding has already happened” during a red‑carpet interview at the 2026 Actor Awards. Tory Lanez Loses “Last‑Ditch” Appeal as California Supreme Court Upholds 10‑Year Sentence

The Canadian rapper, born Daystar Peterson, is serving a 10‑year prison sentence for assault with a semiautomatic firearm, possession of a loaded and unregistered firearm in a vehicle and discharging a firearm with gross negligence over the July 2020 incident in the Hollywood Hills. In November, a thr

Title Georgia Worker Says She Was Sent Home Because Her Hairstyle Was Deemed “Unprofessional"

A Georgia employee says she was sent home from work not because of her performance, but because her hairstyle was labeled “unprofessional” under her company’s grooming policy. In a post that’s now circulating on social media, she explains that the style — which she says did not interfere with her duties or safety — was flagged by management when she arrived for her shift, and she was told to go home early. She shared photos and her account of the incident on Instagram, writing that “this is what
