Drake and Travis Scott Attend Kanye West’s Houston Show

Drake and Travis Scott were spotted in the crowd at Kanye West’s record-breaking Halloween performance at Reliant Stadium.

The spotting at the concert came as a surprise, as the trio have years of public friction, fueling speculation that long-standing industry beefs may finally be cooling. The Houston show reportedly set a new U.S. attendance record for a hip-hop concert, drawing 80,210 fans. While the audience was treated to a guest appearance by Playboi Carti on stage, the presence of Drake and Scott in the stands became the night’s most discussed detail.

Fan-shot footage circulated on social media showed the two stars watching the performance together from a VIP section. Earlier that evening, Drake and Scott were photographed courtside at a Houston Rockets game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. They appeared at the concert wearing the same outfits seen at the arena, confirming their move from the basketball court to the stadium.

Renowned producer Mike Dean was also reportedly in attendance at the show, though he was spotted separately from the “SICKO MODE” collaborators. The sighting is particularly significant given the volatile history between Drake and West, who now goes by Ye. The relationship between the two has fluctuated between mutual admiration and open hostility for more than a decade.

reconciliation?

While Ye directed Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” music video early in the Toronto rapper’s career, tensions peaked in 2018 following a series of diss tracks involving Pusha-T. More recently, Ye took aim at Drake during the 2024 rap battles with a remix of “Like That,” but his tone seemed to shift the following year.

In 2025, Ye expressed interest in collaborating again and reportedly sent Drake a track titled “Preacher Man” for his project “Bully,” though no official feature materialized. Industry analysts said the public outing suggests a potential thawing of tensions.

Drake has recently been seen interacting more positively with former rivals on social media, leading fans to wonder if a musical reunion is on the horizon. Neither Drake nor Ye has officially commented on the Houston appearance or the current status of their relationship.

Fans continue to speculate whether this show of support will lead to new music or if it was simply a holiday outing among peers.
