The estate of late rapper Nipsey Hussle has distributed assets to his two children, according to newly filed probate records, marking a significant development in the administration of the artist’s estate more than six years after his death.
Court filings show that Nipsey Hussle’s daughter, Emani, 17, and son, Kross, 9, each received a 50% share of the estate through a combination of cash and other property. The value of the distributions remains under seal. The estate has previously been estimated at approximately $11 million.
The probate estate has been administered by the rapper’s brother, Blacc Sam, since Nipsey Hussle, born Ermias Asghedom, was fatally shot in March 2019.
The distributions follow the resolution of a long-running probate dispute involving Emani’s mother, Tanisha Foster. The litigation concerned issues related to Emani’s guardianship and the administration of the estate. Court records indicate the parties resolved the matter in 2025, allowing the estate to proceed with the distributions.
According to the filings, Lauren London, Nipsey Hussle’s longtime partner and the mother of Kross, executed documents acknowledging receipt of funds distributed on behalf of their son.
The transferred assets include cash, a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban, and ownership interests in several business entities. This includes The Marathon Clothing and intellectual property rights associated with trademarks owned by the estate.
The probate filings do not disclose the precise monetary value allocated to either beneficiary because those records remain sealed. They do, however, identify the categories of assets conveyed as part of the distributions.
The latest filings represent a substantial step toward concluding the administration of Nipsey Hussle’s estate. They also formalize the transfer of the rapper’s business interests and intellectual property to his heirs. Preserving the commercial assets that continue to generate revenue following his death.
No additional hearings related to the distributions were identified in the publicly available court filings.
