Michael Jordan’s Sons Fire Back at Kevin Hart Over Netflix Jokes

Kevin Hart’s new Netflix special Acting My Age sparked reactions on December 5 after Marcus and Jeffrey Jordan responded to the comedian’s bold jokes about their father, NBA legend Michael Jordan.

Hart’s routine included a full segment on MJ’s much-discussed fashion choices, calling him “a horrible dresser” and torching his oversized denim. “Some of the worst jeans I’ve ever seen in my life have been worn by Michael Jordan,” Hart joked, claiming the pockets were so big “you can put a Dell computer in his back pocket.”

Hart didn’t stop there. He told the crowd he once teased the six-time champion directly. “Michael Jordan dresses like a pregnant lesbian,” he said, describing the icon’s high-waisted pants and “that little fat thing, that fupa sticking out.” Hart added, “I don’t know where it came from. I haven’t talked to him since.”

Those lines resurfaced when comedic streamer Ben DanDonn approached Marcus and Jeffrey Jordan at a golf tournament and asked if they planned to “jump Kevin Hart.” He pushed the bit further, saying, “We need to get on his ass… He was talking about the back pockets and y’all.” DanDonn even teased the idea of a boxing match with the comedian, laughing, “We finna set up a boxing match, Kev. Why I’m clip farming.”

Marcus Jordan matched the tone instantly. “I was hoping he was going to be here,” he said with a smirk. “I was going to fold his little ass up.”

He kept the joke going, calling Hart “Mister funny man” and “Mister Eddie Murphy,” before sending a message straight to the comedian: “Tell Kev he gotta come see me. Kev, come see me. He don’t want that.”

Jeffrey Jordan also joined the playful back-and-forth and entertained the idea of a friendly showdown. Neither son showed real frustration.

Their reactions made it clear, though, that Hart’s jokes landed on their radar. The bit about their father’s famously wide-pocketed jeans.

The viral clip sparked its own debate, with fans. The Jordans were irritated or simply tapping into Hart’s comedic rhythm.

For now, the exchange sits firmly in the realm of lighthearted rivalry. When Kevin Hart roasts a cultural icon, even the icon’s sons are ready to fire back with their own punchlines.
